By becoming a member, you're not just joining locally; you're also part of the Home Builders Association of Georgia and the National Association of Home Builders, offering extensive networking, benefits, and advocacy.

Membership comes in three categories: Builder, Associate, and Affiliate.

Builder Membership:

  • Annual Dues: $565*
  • For building, developing, or remodeling professionals.

Associate Membership:

  • Annual Dues: $565*
  • For businesses providing products or services to the building industry.

Affiliate Membership (company must be an active member):

  • Annual Dues: $280*
  • Available to employees of current Builder or Associate members.
